Autopay Terms and Conditions

Autopay - By enrolling in Autopay, you authorize Nexbillpay to automatically charge your selected credit/debit card or ACH bank account for the total amount due on your account each month. The Autopay service will process payments monthly, and you will receive an email notification detailing the scheduled draft date. You hereby release Nexbillpay and all its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Nexbillpay Automatic Payment service. Your authorization for this service will remain in effect until revoked by you, your utility provider, or Nexbillpay and its affiliates.

Card on File - By entering your name, address, telephone number and debit card ("account") information and clicking the "SUBMIT" button as your electronic signature, you authorize Nexbillpay to initiate debits to your account automatically to pay each of your monthly statements as well as any final bill amounts. Your authorization will remain in effect unless you revoke it by calling Nexbillpay at 1-800-639-2435, and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on your request. Please print a copy of this authorization for your records.

Payment Fee - A Nexbillpay service fee may apply on Recurring Payments. Nexbillpay charges a service fee to process payments through this system. 100% of the service fee is paid to Nexbillpay for its service.

Enrollment Period - You can enroll in AutoPay at any time without making an immediate payment. However, if you enroll within 48 hours of the scheduled Autopay date, a one-time payment will be required at the time of enrollment to avoid a missed payment.
